How well is your school or classroom meeting the math needs of all learners?

Why a Math Program Review?

We understand that Math instruction is dependent on meeting the needs of the learner and that has never been more challenging than it is today. Our goal is to make better use of your district's resources, by supporting instructional leaders in order to build capacity.

Working with administrators, educators, and math instructional leaders across many districts we understand the current:

  • Challenges with differentiation, managing students with different learning needs in the same classroom

  • Prioritizing what feels like unmanageable amounts of curriculum

  • How to manage Covid learning gaps

  • How to enable and support new teachers

Is your district also facing these same challenges?  Talk with our Professional Development Success Manager

What is it and what will I get out of it?

In this review, we will meet with instructional leaders and administrators (via Zoom) to understand your district's needs around Math instruction. We will then provide an All Learner's Prescriptive Solution for the upcoming school year that can be funded through grants and ESSER Funds.

We will give you feedback on your current curriculum, intervention strategies, and math practices. Our goal is to help you improve the resources you have available and, if appropriate, suggest ways to support your work.

Here are the steps:

  1. Book a 30-60 minute call with a Professional Development Success Manager.

  2. Fill out the form  - we want to be as prepared as possible when we speak.

  3. Come to our call alone or with colleagues and administrators - we discuss your district's current state of math instruction, what challenges you're facing, where support is needed, and desired outcomes (if necessary, we will meet with additional district educators/administrators).

  4. The ALN Prescriptive Solution - ALN will develop a solution based on the learnings, then meet with you to review.  On this call, we discuss what was learned from the discovery conversations, and provide a prescriptive roadmap to reach the district's desired outcomes.  You can expect to have everything you need from us in order to make an informed decision, with no obligation.

What about ESSER Funds? Can ALN help?

ESSER can be used broadly to address learning loss, including using them with us, but remember, the influx of dollars won’t last forever. With sustainability in mind, educators should think about this:

  • How can we be proactive about ensuring ESSER investments are sustained?

  • How are we leveraging ESSER funding to make better use of district resources?

We have the opportunity to redefine what math education means for young people and proactively address inequity to meet the needs of all learners.

Partnering with All Learners Network is an example of the kind of ESSER investment that enables bold innovations and improved student outcomes.
